Dear friends and family,

I hope you will enjoy this little video we put together about our recent visit to the first JFA Bethel Children's School in Madras, India. It's less than 7 minutes long and would be appropriate to show in your Sabbath School as it gives a good insight into other peoples' lives. Daniel Hill helped in editing this. It is HD so upres it, go full screen and put on headphones. :) You can also watch it (and DOWNLOAD it) on Vimeo.com (better quality).

If the Lord leads, please visit the JFA Bethel Children School page to help out.

Orphan Home Update: please pray for the owner we are buying it from as he is in the hospital. If he dies before we finish paying for it then his children take over and they might demand a much higher price or may shut down the deal altogether. (This is India we're talking about here). We still owe approximately $59,000 of the original $75,000 price.

Please continue to pray for Thailand as the flooding is still a critical issue. You can read all about it from an excellent news email sent from our friend Mike Kier who's been boating through town and into his house for a few weeks now.

God bless you all,

Jon Wood

If the followers of Christ were awake to duty, there would be thousands where there is one today, proclaiming the gospel in heathen lands. And all who could not personally engage in the work, would yet sustain it with their means, their sympathy, and their prayers. And there would be far more earnest labor for souls in Christian countries. --Steps to Christ, p. 81
