Mission Project - Stanford

Ever since Cody was led to the church about 7 years ago, he has always felt a calling to do missionary work. He now has the opportunity to work with Tim Maddocks on building a Wellness Center.

Ever since Cody has been led to the church, about 7 years ago, he has always felt a calling to do missionary work. He has always been drawn to kids and helping others. Helping with pathfinders from time to time, to doing work from others, and talking to them about Christ. As he grew closer in his walk with Christ he decided to dedicate his life to Christ and was baptized on October 14th, 2023. A couple of months later he attended a Maranatha trip to Spangle Washington at the Upper Columbia Academy. Where he helped with a roofing project. As the time grew shorter there and it was time to leave. His heart felt an yearning, a wanting, a desire to do more. So when his mother came back from Faith Camp and told him about Jesus for Asia he applied, and will be joining Tim Maddocks in Cambodia.

Cody believes that God has led him every step of the way as he continued to step out in faith wanting to do the Lord's work. Though he feels he doesn't have everything it takes, he trusts and believes that the Lord provide for his each and every need. Cody believes that with all of his jobs and skills obtained through the years has led him to being able to do what the Lord has planned for him to do.
